Our Approach

We start with the room: size, seating, where people sit relative to the screen, and how much glass and hard surface there is. A huddle room for four needs a compact bar and a 55 inch display. A room for ten needs a bar with a wider camera view, extra microphones and a larger screen. We keep the system as simple as the room allows, so anyone can start a meeting without help.

Camera and Audio:

Video bars with framing cameras and beamforming microphones, with add-on microphones for longer tables.

Control:

A table touch controller starts the meeting, shares content and controls the camera with one tap.

Display and Mounting:

A display sized to the room, wall mounted with the bar on a matched mount, cables hidden.

Yes. We supply Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms certified equipment and set up the room accounts and settings with your IT team.

It depends on the distance from the screen to the furthest seat. As a guide, 55 inches suits a huddle room and 65 to 75 inches suits a room for eight to ten people. We confirm the size on the survey.

Yes. Video bars and touch controllers support content sharing, and we can add wireless presentation such as Barco ClickShare.

Video bars pick up the table well in small rooms. For longer tables we add extension microphones or ceiling microphones so every seat is heard.

Yes. We mount the bar on a matched mount, run cables in the wall or trunking and fit a floor or table box where needed.
