Wireless Presentation & BYOD Systems
Wireless presentation and BYOD (bring your own device) systems let anyone share a laptop, tablet or phone to the meeting room screen in seconds. BYOM (bring your own meeting) systems go further and connect the room camera, microphones and speakers to the laptop so a guest can run their own Teams or Zoom call. Barco ClickShare
The ClickShare C-5 Gen 2 is a wireless presentation base unit for huddle spaces with 4K UHD output and AirPlay, Google Cast and Miracast support, and the C-10 Gen 2 adds a ClickShare Button with touchback, annotation and blackboarding. The CX-20, CX-30 and CX-50 are wireless conferencing systems; the CX-30 Gen 2 is designed for rooms of up to 12 participants and includes two USB-C ClickShare Conference Buttons. Spare ClickShare Buttons and trays are also listed.
Biamp Modena
The Biamp Modena Hub+ connects laptops wirelessly to room AV and USB accessories for BYOM meetings, works client free from a web browser and has an auditorium mode for up to 150 users. The Modena Server supports larger deployments of the Modena platform.
Single Cable BYOD from Logitech
Where a cable is preferred, Logitech Extend connects a laptop with a single USB-C cable over category cable runs of up to 100 m and can deliver up to 100 W of power with an optional charger. Logitech SWYTCH links any laptop to the room camera and audio with one USB cable and up to 60 W of charging, and Logitech Screen Share is an HDMI to USB content sharing device.
Screen Sharing Boxes and Casting Kits
The MAXHUB WB05 shares up to 9 screens at once with 4K output at 60 Hz, dual HDMI and PoE, with no installation or driver. The ViewSonic WPD-900 casting kit sends 1080p at 60 Hz over an isolated 5 GHz link with AirPlay, Miracast and ChromeOS mirroring. The OneScreen C1 wireless presentation system and the OneScreen WT-13 dongle are also available, and the Bose ControlSpace EX-UH is a USB and headset Dante endpoint that brings BYOD laptops into Bose installed audio.

- Guests run Teams or Zoom from their own laptop (BYOM): ClickShare CX-20, CX-30 or CX-50, or Biamp Modena Hub+
- One cable at the table instead of wireless: Logitech Extend or Logitech SWYTCH
- Training room or auditorium with many users: Biamp Modena Hub+ in auditorium mode for up to 150 users
