Our Approach
We size the system to the room, not to the catalogue. A six-seat huddle room rarely needs more than one video bar and a touch console. A 20-seat boardroom usually needs a second camera, ceiling microphones and acoustic treatment. Where your existing displays still work, we keep them and integrate around them, so you only pay for what improves the meeting.

Rooms We Equip
We scale every video conferencing room to its seats and shape. Small rooms get an all-in-one bar such as the Yealink MeetingBar A30 or a Poly Studio R30. Medium rooms step up to a Logitech Rally Bar or Bose Videobar VB1. Large rooms add ceiling arrays such as the Shure MXA920 or Biamp Parlé TCM-X, so nobody has to lean towards a table microphone.
Huddle Rooms (2 to 6 seats):
One video bar, one display, a touch console and a BYOD cable.
Meeting Rooms (6 to 12 seats):
A video bar with a wider field of view, a table or ceiling microphone extension and a booking panel at the door.

We set up rooms for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms and Google Meet, as well as BYOD rooms where users join from their own laptop through a single USB-C cable. We confirm the platform at the survey stage because it decides which video bar and touch console fit the room.
A video bar puts the camera, microphones and speakers in one device and suits huddle and medium rooms up to about 12 seats. A full system uses separate PTZ cameras, ceiling or table microphones and a DSP, and suits boardrooms and training rooms where one bar cannot cover every seat.
For 2 to 6 people, an all-in-one bar such as the Yealink MeetingBar A30, Poly Studio R30 or Logitech Rally Bar Huddle covers the room with one device. Trianze Tech checks the room size and seating on site before recommending a model.
We add ceiling array microphones such as the Shure MXA920 or Biamp Parlé TCM-X with a DSP that cancels echo and reduces background noise. We then test pickup from the furthest seat before handover, so remote participants hear every speaker at the same level.
Yes. We install wireless presentation systems such as Barco ClickShare, or a USB-C BYOD connection on the table, so guests can share content in seconds without drivers or IT setup.
Yes. We mount and configure booking panels that show room availability and link to Microsoft 365 or Google calendars, so staff in Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices can see and book free rooms at the door.
Yes. We audit what you have and keep displays, mounts and cabling that still work, then add only the camera, audio or control equipment needed. This usually lowers the cost of moving older rooms to Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms.
A standard huddle or meeting room is usually installed and tested in one to two days once equipment is on site. Boardrooms with ceiling microphones, control systems or joinery work take longer, and we agree the schedule with you at the survey stage.
As a guide, plan for a dedicated 2 to 4 Mbps upload and download per room for stable HD and 4K calls, on a wired network connection. We check your network points and bandwidth during the room audit.
Yes. Trianze Tech offers annual maintenance contracts across the UAE with preventive visits, remote monitoring through the manufacturer management platforms and on-site support in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
