Logitech Tap Scheduler

The Logitech Tap Scheduler is a 10.1 inch touchscreen with colored LED lights that show availability from a distance. It can run as a Microsoft Teams panel, a Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display, or with Robin and Meetio, and ships with glass, mullion and wall mounts for single PoE cable installation.

Biamp Evoko Naso and Workplace Booking Licenses

The Biamp Evoko Naso lets people book, extend and end meetings at the door, with a three way indirect light aura, a proximity sensor, fault reporting and usage analytics. It includes a 1 year Evoko room license and standard and glass wall kits. Biamp Workplace Booking licenses are listed in Cloud versions for 1, 3 and 5 years and Plus versions for 1 and 3 years.

ViewSonic EP1052T Panels with Badge Readers

The ViewSonic EP1052T is a 10.1 inch IPS scheduling panel with single cable PoE Plus installation and Wi-Fi backup, in three versions: the EP1052T-L with an NFC and RFID badge reader for tap to book, the EP1052T-H with an HID reader, and the EP1052T-A with Wiegand access control and a camera.

In-Room Control: Poly TC10

Inside the room, the Poly TC10 is a 10.1 inch touch controller with calendar integration and one-touch meeting join for Poly Studio X series video bars.

Before you order, we confirm your calendar or booking platform, the wall or glass type at each door and PoE availability, and supply each panel with the right mount and license. Every product is sourced through authorized channels with the manufacturer warranty.
