The d&b audiotechnik KSL-GSUB is a cardioid subwoofer for the KSL System that supplements KSL8 and KSL12 cabinets in ground stacked applications. Its actively driven 2 way bass reflex design houses three long excursion neodymium 15 inch drivers, two facing front and one to the rear, in independent chambers driven from separate amplifier channels, so the cardioid pattern reduces energy behind the system. The cabinet has no rigging components; runners on the bottom panel locate into recesses in the top panel to stop movement when subwoofers are stacked.
