The ViewSonic CDE9830 has a 3840 x 2160 4K UHD ADS panel with 500 cd/m2 brightness, a 1,200:1 static contrast ratio (5,000:1 dynamic) and a 178 degree viewing angle, rated for 24/7 continuous operation.
No, the base CDE9830 ships with wall mount screws only. A separate wall mount bracket is required, unlike the CDE9830-W1 and CDE9830-E1 which bundle a full bracket.
The CDE9830 supports an optional Wi-Fi module rather than having Wi-Fi built into the base unit, so a compatible module needs to be added for wireless connectivity.
The CDE9830 weighs 69.4kg net and 90.3kg gross including packaging, so the wall or structure supporting the display must be rated for a very heavy fixed installation, with installation carried out by trained AV technicians.
The CDE9830 includes 3x HDMI 2.1 inputs with HDCP 2.2 support, 1x HDMI 2.0 output, HDMI ARC, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, USB-C, gigabit RJ45, RS232 and SPDIF audio out.
