The Allen & Heath AR84 is a 48 kHz AudioRack expander running on the dSNAKE protocol, letting you place I/O gear up to 100 m (about 328 feet) from the mixer on a single Cat5 cable. It is compatible with Qu, Avantis, GLD and SQ series mixers and with the AHM-64 audio matrix processor (all sold separately). It can also be added to an AR2412 AudioRack through that unit's Expander connection.
