The Allen & Heath AR2412 is a 48 kHz AudioRack expander running on the dSNAKE protocol, letting you place I/O up to 100 m (about 328 feet) from the mixer on a single Cat5 cable. It offers 24 remote controlled XLR mic and line preamps and 12 XLR line outputs, and works with Qu, Avantis and SQ mixers and the AHM-64 audio matrix processor (all sold separately). A built-in Monitor port connects ME-1 personal mixers with 40 channels of audio and is compatible with the Aviom Pro16 monitoring system, and an Expander connection adds an AR84 or AB168 AudioRack.
