We focus on invisible technology: equipment hidden in joinery, cables in floor boxes and one interface everyone understands. Before we specify anything, we look at how your team meets, how many join remotely and what they present. If a 4K display does the job, we will not sell you a Micro-LED wall. We plan installation around your calendar to keep downtime short.

Rooms We Design

No two boardrooms are the same size or shape, so we scale the system to the room. A 10-seat directors' room needs a single 98-inch display and a ceiling microphone. A 30-seat board chamber may need dual displays, delegate microphones and voting. We also fit training rooms, executive offices and multi-purpose spaces that divide into two rooms with one control panel.

Directors' Rooms:

8 to 14 seats, one large display, one-touch meeting join.

Board Chambers:

20 seats and above, dual displays, delegate microphones, recording.

Divisible Rooms:

Partition sensors that switch the AV between one large room and two small rooms.

Every boardroom follows the same four steps, so you always know what happens next and what you will receive.

Site Survey

Our Dubai engineers measure the room, test acoustics, check power and data points and photograph ceilings and joinery. You get a written survey with the constraints we found.

Room Design

We produce a drawing with display size, seating, microphone coverage and control layout, plus a priced bill of materials you can compare line by line.

Installation & Programming

Our team installs, terminates and programs the control system, working after hours where needed to keep the rest of the floor running.

Handover & Support

We train your staff on the touch panel, hand over as-built drawings and offer an annual maintenance contract with preventive visits.
